Hi, Haven been experiencing many hilarious bills from the Ikeja Electricity distribution in my area despite not having meter and logged complains may time. Crazy bill was brought and our light cut off in less than two weeks, without owing from any previous bill. Please how can our situation be salvaged. We will love to have a prepaid meter please. Thank you.

Hi Kayode. The answer remains the same. Write to IKEDC asking for a bill review from the date you noticed the unreasonable increments. Follow the process outlined earlier. It will be sorted out.
