Good day guys, 5or 6 years ago, I bought a prepaid meter because this guys were bringing bills of about eighty something thousand a month, I complained and they did not do anything.

So finally I changed to meter to a prepaid meter, a week later they transferred the arrears to the prepaid meter, which was about, 240,000.

I went to their office, and they finally did it in a way that if I pay 10,000 for example, they will take 5k and give 5k worth units. So I did till I cleared all the debts, and it took me about two years to do so.

Last year that prepaid meter went bad, I went to their office to report, they asked me to buy a new one, which I did.

Last week, my credit finished, so I tried to recharge, that same arrears that I have cleared on the former prepaid came up on this new prepaid meter. I went to their office to complain, the lady that attended to me was so rude, I dont even know if they teach their staffs to be rude. She refused to let me explain, I had to visit their website to have an online chat with the customer care personnel. The former lady said if I have cleared that bill I should go and bring evidence that I did, and I told her that this is something that happened a long time ago, some of the bills were paid through online platforms, with different bank accounts and the rest was paid in their office.

So I printed my bank statement of 2015-2017, it wasnt showing the names of these online platforms or PHED accounts, it was showing just numbers. On the online website, I just got few of the receipts. So I requested for the account statement of the former prepaid meter, just for them to tell me that it is invalid, meaning the meter never existed.

I need an advice, because I feel this was done Intentionally.
