Good day Admin, Please I have a challenge that I have been battling with since I entered this my apartment. Before I entered the place, I didnt know that there was an NEPA outstanding bill since the caretaker of the house said that the analog meter was stolen because there was no one in the house after the landlord travelled out of the country. And during this time that he left the house NEPA had been bringing bills until they noticed that no-one was living there anymore. So I entered the house after a period of one year not knowing that there was a bill. I only got to know when I got my bill (after reconnection of the house without meter) which was estimated based on the previous account (I forgot to mention that the landlord was also using the place for ice cream and ice block business, I guess you know what that means). When I saw the bill I went to see the Marketer in charge of my area, he gave several advices which I told the caretaker. To cut the story short, he applied as instructed but nothing has been done till now that the prepaid meter has come. I have tried to be recharging to avoid been kept in darkness but I discovered that I dont get what I pay for. I usually recharge #5000 and I will be given 157units. Please what can I do or how can you help to savage the situation? Thanks.

Thanks for your quick response Admin, you are doing a great job. I'll do as suggested. But the bill that accrued during my stay are estimated based on the old records. The apartment in question is used for a school and not a resident, what we have there is just bulbs, and a led TV and ceiling fans. The bill the marketer was sending was based on the landlord's business. Thanks
