I stay in Alakahia, close to UPTH and ever since I moved there in 2017, PHED always brought 3 different bills for my compound which is a One block of six (6) flats.We complained and they always brought 3 different bills with different addresses and insist that we pay these estimated bills which totals more than 40,000.00. Recently, we have discovered that they have still brought 3 bills but have changed one of the addresses of the 3 bills to align so we now have 2 of the 3 bills with our address. We have maintained one bill and always pay our bills when due. Please help as the lady we were directed to deal with is very unreasonable. Thansk
