Why the Outrageous Accumulated bills

There is this outrageous bills hanging on our neck as a result of non usage of the house for a longer period of time. (about three years). During this period the bills kept on coming. This anomaly has been reported to PHEDC but no remedy made so far. The bottom line is that they now disconnect our light at will despite servicing our current bills. Kindly help

If you have reported to PHED in WRITING and nothing has been done, send a WRITTEN complaint to the PH NERC Forum and attach the acknowledgement copy of your letter to PHED.

The matter will be handled within 2 months at most.
