I received a Napa Bill in February and 3 days later of same month I was disconnected. I went to the Napa office to complain that February has not ended and they they said several things that its estimated billing and I have no meter and I should pay a reconnection fee which I did and was reconnected. This is April and the same thing has happened. They sent a bill and within 3 days again I was disconnected. What do I do pls. Expecting to hear from you.
