Please is there someone I can complain to concerning transformer issues? I stay between alakahia and choba in Rivers state. For the past two months we have been having transformer issues every week whereby the transformer trips off and then we wont have light. After like 2 days theyll find a way to tweak it and it picks up again. Please exam is approaching so electricity is necessary and its really annoying for other people to have light while my area doesnt. If they need us to contribute money to find a permanent solution to this, then fine, we will. Its better thank staying in darkness. Thank you for your time

Dear Olachi, Yes, you can make a complaint to the Customer Service Manager of the Port-Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company (PHED) in charge of your area. Simply visit the nearest business office of the PHED and lodge your complaint. We would advise that you proceed further to have your complaint written, addressed to the Customer Service Manager of your business unit. Ensure you go with two copies of your letter; one will be received by the PHEDC, and the other will be acknowledged and returned to you. If at the end of 21 days, there is no response from the PHEDC, then revert back to us for further advice. Regards.
