Was disconnected on the same day they came to collect the bill, told them no one was home that they should come back tomorrow so Ill prepare the money, they said okay, disconnected us and left.

Dear Temple, Were you indebted to PHEDC (if so, for how long)? What was the reason the officials stated for the disconnection? Please, the answer to these questions would afford us the opportunity of having a clear view of what transpired. Our advice will be based on the facts revealed to us. We await your response.
