I live in Port Harcourt. We have meters in our residental flats. We were being billed based on the meter readings. But about 2 years ago PHEDC started giving us estimated bills, in total neglect of our meter readings. After a written protest ,they responded by giving us Load Assessment forms to fill. Que: must we fill this form? How can we compel them to revert to our meter readings, since nothing is wrong with our meters?.. Nkem Elechi.

Thanks a lot. I'm really grateful for your prompt response. I'll keep you posted on this matter.
