Last month, we paid over #45000 as electricity bill My landlord is tired of the estimated over billing and went to the NEPA office to negotiate for Prepaid Meters but was told that they are for sale at a price of #50,000 each. Pls is this right and if not, pls tell me how to go about resolving this, we either get billed minimally or we be given a prepaid meter at no extra cost. We did not say, NERC complaint portal. We said, NERC Complaints HANDLING PROCESS. NERC means, Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission. The PROCESS means the steps a customer should take when s/he has a complaint about service delivery by an electricity distribution company. Read the link we sent. The process is clearly outlined there.
