I need meaning to the words used in arriving at my bill. I got 11k this month for two bedroom apartment. No response to my letter to the disco. Getting set for the forum.

Dear Ifeoma, Yea, if the PHEDC failed to act on your complaint within the 15 working days, you can take the matter up to the NERC Forum Office. Keep the date and be punctual. Kindly post a clearer picture of your current bill. The one pasted above is blurry. Kind regards.
